Lot might not look big....but it is...Great collection and so much to build. Weighed on a house scale at 34.8 pds.....but not sure how well a house scale is.I weighed it in the large box..Was hard to do...may be more or less on the weight...All in great condition.There are some kits,people,boats,cars,etc.Please remember these pieces are very small so please watch your children when playing with the legos!!!!!.....
